Kati Culinary: The Place and Location

Kati Culinary Koh Chang (Kati means coconut milk in Thai กะทิครัวไทย) is located on the main roadside in the Klong Prao area (Or Klong Phrao) in Koh Chang and its an institution for its authentic Thai cooking.

The decoration is nice in the Old Thai Bistro style.

Open for 17 years they also offer cooking classes if you want to impress when you are back home

The Food

As expected the food was excellent with lots of flavors

Prices are very reasonable for the portion and the quality they offer

Their Kra Pao Chicken (฿ 160) was very good, on a second try I went for the “Kati’s Happy Meal” (B330), and wow not only the portions are huge but also delicious, I could barely finish.

Everything was excellent, I choose the spring rolls, the massaman curry (rich in flavor and taste), and the homemade coconut ice cream. love

They make their own gelato and they are delicious, I also tried the sea salt caramel which is one of my favorites, and I was impressed. They have the best ice cream on Ko Chang for sure.
